Using your personal information
When you request access to our services, we’ll collect some of your personal details, to make sure you have everything you need to make the most of our services. We only ever use the information we collect for administering your contract and to support the delivery of the services you’ve asked for.

• Telephone number (including mobile)
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Payment details (Direct Debit, credit/debit card number)
• I.P. address for your device (if visiting our website or using our app)
Unless otherwise stated, the information you provide will never be used for any other purpose without your permission.
Keeping and storing your data
If you’re a current or past customer, we’ll keep a copy of your personal details for no longer than 6 years, from the time your active relationship with us ends. Holding on to data allows us to keep accurate records for tax purposes and to handle any future complaints.
All of the data that we collect is stored within the European Economic Area (‘EEA’).
Sharing your data with third parties
We respect your privacy and that’s why we don’t share any data with third parties for marketing purposes. However, we will pass your information to a limited number of third parties for the following reasons:

Marketing preferences

We promise not to inundate you with marketing messages, but we also understand if you’d prefer not to receive anything from us.

Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you at any time and we will arrange for a copy to be issued to you, free of charge, within 30 days. We will ask you for proof of your identity before we disclose any information.
• If you believe that the information we hold about you is incorrect you can ask for it to be corrected.
• If you believe we are processing your personal information without a legal basis, you can ask us to stop. You can also ask us to delete your personal information from our systems.
• If you decide to move away from us for any reason, you can request for your personal data to be transferred to a new provider on your behalf.

The Marketing Membership Terms and Conditions
Introduction
The Marketing Membership provides helpful training, classes and assistance with marketing for business. This membership is offered through

The Marketing Membership aims to provide all members with a high level of service and benefits and privileges of Membership. However, there may be times when, for whatever reason, the service provided does not meet expectations. In the first instance we encourage you to contact Zoe to discuss any issues.
Payments
The Marketing Membership is a monthly subscription, that can be cancelled at any time.
If joining The Marketing Membership under the 1 or 2 month free trial offer, you will be charged at the end of the 1 or 2 month period. If you wish to cancel your free trial, please do so prior to the free trial period ending by emailing zoe@zhrmarketing.co.uk. If you have cancelled in writing prior to your free trial period ending, yet for any reason you are still charged, you will be refunded forthwith.
If joining The Marketing Membership using the Founder Member discount, your membership payments will remain at the discounted rate for as long as you remain in the membership. If you wish to cancel your membership and rejoin at a later date, the discount will no longer apply.
On occasion, we will offer membership joining promotions. Some of these will have a time limit to the reduced rates. If joining The Marketing Membership with any promotional code, you will be charged as per the details of the promotion given to you at the time. If there is a time limit to the promotion length, then after the promotional period, the subscription will convert to full price membership. This will be displayed at the time of the promotional offer.
Cancellation Policy
This is a rolling contract. You can cancel at any time without penalty.
Upon cancellation of your subscription, your access to membership will end and you will no longer be able to access any materials, resources or support.
If you wish to cancel, email zoe@zhrmarketing.co.uk. Payments made prior to this cancellation are non-refundable and no rebate will be given for part-months used.
If we do not receive payment, we will contact you regarding non-payment. This may put your membership on hold until payment is received. If no payment is received within 15 days, we will cancel your membership.
Confidentiality
The ZHR Marketing and the member each agree to keep confidential and not to disclose to any third party any information (excluding information which is or become public knowledge other than as a result of the default of the recipient) relating to the business or trade secrets of of the other or to make use of any such confidential information for any purpose other in connection with with the membership, its features or as required by law.
Copyright
ZHR Marketing is the owner of all Intellectual Property Rights in the materials and content. All materials created by ZHR Marketing are protected by the copyright laws of England and Wales. Unauthorised use of the content may violate copyright laws.
Visitors may view content for their own personal use. Members who have purchased content inside of The Marketing Membership may download all content, worksheets, workbooks and training for their own personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not sell, copy or modify any of the materials and content provided.
If found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal action will be taken.
Earnings Disclaimer
We make no guarantees that you will achieve the same earnings as those disclosed within ZHR Marketing or The Marketing Membership. There is no assurance you will do as well. Monetary results are based on many factors. We have no knowledge of your work ethic, background or work experience. We will work with you and try our utmost to help you succeed, but cannot guarantee your earnings.
The Marketing Membership will not be liable (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss of production, loss of or corruption to software or data, loss of profits or of contracts, loss of business or of revenue, loss of operation time, loss of goodwill or reputation, whether caused directly or indirectly, or for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense whatsoever.
Force Majeure
The Marketing Membership nor the member will be liable for any delay in performing or failing to perform their obligations if such failure or delay is caused outside the reasonable control of the responsible party.
Refund Policy
As this is a monthly membership subscription, with a rolling fee. This fee covers all our services whether used or not. All payments made to us for services are non-refundable.
Deposits paid to secure enrollment are non-refundable.
You agree to these terms upon payment.
Modifying Service & Pricing
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change or modify our services at any time.
We will notify you of any changes will be clearly communicated to you 60 days before the change in fees. We will send you an email to confirm the changes 28 days before the next payment due date.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are a living document. We reserve the right to amend and update them at any time.
