121 Strategy Sessions
The 121 sessions to build your marketing strategy are run over half a day or a full day depending upon the size and / or complexity of your business.
Further to an initial Focus Call you’ll be asked to provide some background information about your business, and what you’ve been doing so far, so we can do some preparation in advance.
At the session – which can be conducted via Zoom or face to face – we will get right under the skin of your business. Marketing actually influences so many parts of your business. There’s so much more to it than having a leaflet designed or creating a social media account.
We’ll look at your ideal target clients, understand how best to communicated your products and/or services effectively, check that your pricing works, and make sure that what you’re doing will really help you hit the goals you have for your business.
This is the strategy bit, and it’s so important to get this right, and have a marketing strategy that meets the needs of your business, your customers and YOU.
But even with the best strategy in the world, if you haven’t got a clue how to bring it to life, it won’t help. So we build a marketing plan. A proper marketing plan, breaking the actions down into step by step tasks with deadlines and responsibilities. It makes implementation much easier when you know exactly what you have to do.
And as well as working out what you’re going to do, we’ll put some measurement metrics in there so you can see how well each activity is working.
It’s all about helping you make informed decisions in your business, so you can plan your business growth.

All the things that will keep you confident, disciplined and consistent.
Because if you want consistent leads, you have to be consistent in your marketing.
